Research on the STRW Intervention
Our team is currently conducting research on the STRW intervention in autistic adolescents and we also offering trainings on the STRW intervention for clinicians who are interested in becoming certified STRW Leaders.
Information About Current Research Studies
We are recruiting autistic adolescents without an intellectual disability (full scale IQ > 70) who are in the 11th or 12th grades for a research study that is taking place at both Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill TEACCH. Please email Carrie.Fassler@cchmc.org for additional information about current research studies.
Upcoming STRW Trainings
We will be holding a STRW Training for Clinicians in July 2026! Please reach out to Amie Duncan at amie@strw.org for any training requests.

"I wanted to give an update that almost a year after finishing STRW, our son is still using his daily living skills contract! He has been able to stick with his mourning routine and has made progress on budgeting and managing his money now that he has a part-time job. The skills he learned during STRW have been invaluable!"
